Microsoft 发布 Systems Management Server 2003

在哥本哈根的一个 IT 论坛上，Microsoft 发布了其关键的系统管理软件：System Management Server 2003。

SMS 2003 是原有 System Management Server 2.0 的一个较大的升级版本，增强或增加了应用程序管理（分发、部署）、IT资产管理、安全补丁管理，甚至包括移动设备的管理，是一个 IT 的绿化管理软件，非常适合以 Microsoft 产品为主的系统（网络）环境，IT Pro 的理想选择之一。

经过对前两天拿到的 SMS 2003 的测试，发现在界面风格方面仍保留原有 SMS 2.0 的一些特征，但增加了许多有用的功能，比 SMS 2.0 好多了，SMS 2.0 的 Service Pack 太多了。

SMS 2003 需要 Windows 2003、Active Directory、SQL Server 2000 的支持。

    Hardware Requirement
    Computer/Processor 550 MHz minimum; Intel Pentium/Celeron family, or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family, or compatible processor
    Memory 256 MB minimum (maximum 4 GB of RAM)
    Hard Disk 2 GB of available hard disk space
    Drive CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
    Display VGA or hardware that supports console redirection
    Peripheral Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device, or hardware that supports console redirection
    Operating System Windows Server 2000 Service Pack 2 or Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
